Not much new

Our 3-season sunroom is nearing completion. I know the family will enjoy it and if we ever sell our home, it's a great feature. But on the other hand, it's one more expense that's preventing me from living my dream as a stay-at-home mom and it's trapping me at my job. :-(

I went for a 9.7 mile run on Sunday. My hip flexors were a bit sore or else I could have went 10 miles.

I did speedwork today during lunch. Man, it was another oven-like day today. The good thing with speedwork is that it's not 6 miles of speedwork. :-)

I'm still not loving my new Asics Gel Evolution 2. I wish the 3's would arrive in Canada soon, I hear it has more cushioning - well, as much cushioning as a motion control shoe can have.

I did scrap one page on Saturday over at my SIL's house, then helped her with a memorial page she was having trouble with. I'll post the layout sometime soon :-)
